We got Zack from Aussie Oncall Plumbing to come over to take a look at fixing a leaking shower. He came the same day to quote and finish the job. He was very knowledgeable and was able to provide us with options for fixing the problem. Great service and will definitely contact again.
I contacted Aussie Oncall Plumbing for a recycled waterline break, which was important to soon repair but in my opinion not urgent as I could stop the flow at the meter. They came by first thing the next morning to assess the problem, asked further questions, & quoted on the repair which I felt the cost was very reasonable. My repair project was scheduled two days later and the plumber texted me that morning to properly set arrival expectations. The completed project came out very nice looking, I was able to add an additional recycled water tap to the other side of the property, and most importantly my recycled water flow works as designed with no leakage. Zack was incredibly helpful with our burst water pipe, especially as it was discovered late Saturday. He arranged for a specialist to be at our house early Sunday morning, and joined him to detect then repair the problem. The job was done quickly and at a reasonable price for a Sunday. Amazing professional work done by Zack and his team. Prompt call out for the quote. Zack even came back the second time to explain all the works because we were not home the first time Zack came. Scheduled the work for the week after and the boys did an outstanding job. They made sure everything was done to perfection and tested all the plumbing work through out the house. It’s really refreshing to have trades doing their job properly after some really foul experiences with horrible trades before.
