I had a hot water emergency late in the morning and so I gave a call to Aussie Oncall Plumbing. Zack was able to come over quite quickly to assess on how bad my hot water heater situation was. My hot water heater was toast, Zack was able to give me quotations for my options for hot water heaters and was able to source and install the same day! I am very happy with the quality of his work, but even better, Zack was friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant! What started as a crisis in the morning is now all resolved! I didn't imagine that it would be a same day turnaround for a new water heater.I have used a number of plumbers in the past, but Zack left a very positive and lasting experience. I will be using him for my future plumbing work. Thanks Zack!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Zack was so awesome! Stumbled on Aussie Oncall Plumbing's page on google and so glad we went with them! For context: On Sunday, our whole house's drainage was blocked so I called Zack but we fixed it ourselves (or so we thought), Zack said all good and to reach out if we had any problems. Come Tuesday it got worse and Zack came to have a look, unblock it and quote us, as we ended up needing larger repairs to our main pipes. He moved things around and was able to come 2 days later - we're so so grateful. Thank you so much Zack for all your quality workmanship and help! If you need a plumber, don't think twice - hit Zack up, you won't regret it!!!

I contacted Aussie Oncall Plumbing for a recycled waterline break, which was important to soon repair but in my opinion not urgent as I could stop the flow at the meter. They came by first thing the next morning to assess the problem, asked further questions, & quoted on the repair which I felt the cost was very reasonable. My repair project was scheduled two days later and the plumber texted me that morning to properly set arrival expectations. The completed project came out very nice looking, I was able to add an additional recycled water tap to the other side of the property, and most importantly my recycled water flow works as designed with no leakage. Thank you Zach and team!

Zack was incredibly helpful with our burst water pipe, especially as it was discovered late Saturday. He arranged for a specialist to be at our house early Sunday morning, and joined him to detect then repair the problem. The job was done quickly and at a reasonable price for a Sunday. One of the REAL 24 hour plumbers, responded to a call on the weekend for an unknown leak. Booked a specialist to find the leak and had the leak located and completely repaired within 3 hour of arriving. Explained everything every step of the way. Awesome service and repair job.
