I contacted Zack after reading some great reviews and recommendations. Zack from Aussie Oncall Plumbing was highly responsive and extremely helpful. He was prompt in providing me with the information I needed, and his team attended the next morning to replace our hot water system. The team were friendly and extremely efficient in completing the job. Aussie Oncall Plumbing were great to deal with from start to finish (even checking in after the job was complete to ensure we were content). Their service was exceptional and I highly recommend them. We will definitely be utilising their service again when required in the future.

Extremely impressed. In the past many years needing plumbing services I have been mostly been in contact with local extremely overpriced cowboys who take advantage of older people. I called up last night for a blocked sewer flooding my bathroom and backyard. I called Aussie Oncall Plumbing and 30 minutes later had Zack with his jet blaster come free up the blockage. He was super quick, experienced and also located the broken pipe with tree roots in it. He provided me with multiple options and I feel I’m in great hands. The place was left spotless too. Aussie Oncall Plumbing is very well organised. They are based in the hills district, Arrival time was always up to date. They contacted me twice to update the arrival time. The second time, I had the text message said that he was arriving in 30min. He has arrived on time! There were some problems in my bathroom with the taps and my hot water system in my place. I am very happy with all the jobs which they have done. They are so friendly and nice to deal with great service and will recommend to family and friends.

Did a local search for baulkham hills plumber and these guys came up. Zack came out on a Sunday night after an emergency leaking hot water system and he was highly responsive, very professional and courteous. He was back the next day and installed our new hot water system and did a fantastic job, he gave us some great tips on keeping it well maintained which I really appreciated. Honestly if you’re reading these reviews this is the company to call I promise you will be glad you did! Zack came out late on a Saturday night after an emergency gushing tap situation and was extremely responsive, professional and courteous. Had an issue with our gas hot water system. I did a google search and came up with Aussie Oncall Plumbing. Started a live chat and in that time arranged for someone to come out and have a look. Communication between them and myself was perfect. I was never left waiting. Zack came out and explained that a new hot water unit was needed. He explained why and gave me a few choices to pick from. He was back the next day to install it. I cant fault the customer service that I received. I will definitely be keeping Aussie Oncall Plumbing in my contacts list for any future jobs that may arrive. (five stars are just not enough for this Business, they deserve 10)

I could tell from my conversation on a call with Zack that he has a professional manner and is a kind person. We had an emergency water leaking issue that needed fixing, and Zack arrived on a heavy rainy day, showing his awareness of the urgency of the matter. These guys are amazing ! What was a fairly simple job turned out difficult due to the location of the problem. We had a burst pipe under the house. Zack and David did a wonderful job for me. They relined my whole sewer line, They installed a new inspection opening for future access (which I never had).They do take every detail very seriously and relined all the old joints.
